Well, like the title says, I've got a few problems with my computer.

1. Whenever I restart, than I get a screen that counts to 50, I made a video and put it on youtube, the link is below. How can I get rid of this? I've done it before, but I forgot how.

2. Also, I randomly get the BSOD for no reason, I'll just be doing something that's never given anyone problems before, posting on forums, watching a movie, etc. and all the sudden the BSOD pops up, does anyone know why?

Those are the only 2 problems I can think of ATM. Hopefully someone can help, number 1 is the most annoying, number 2 is just one of those, doesn't happen a whole lot, but it'd be cool to fix type problems.

Oh, one last thing, the fan on my video card clicks, like it's hitting on something or one of the berrings went out, I was wondering what a good video card fan is, it's really tiny.
