Right click on the time in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Go to Adjust time/date, look around there to see if you can adjust there.

Go to control panel.
Open Regional and Language Options.
In the Regional options tab click customize.
Go to Time tab.
Read the time format notation and change the Time format to whatever you like.
