Default Ram choice

I am debating the following

This 1gb stick
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227176

Or a 2 gb slower speed stick around the same price. (show me your suggestions )

the slower 2gb will almost certainly be better, in terms of computer performance.

I have the evga 680i mobo and am looking for some ram to compliment it. The system will be used for gaming/dvd burning mostly.
