Default hard drive problem

ok i dont understand how this happened but my usb hard drive was my E:/ drive and it was like that for like 5 months then i got this printer and it recognized it is the F:/ drive. then i turned off my computer for the night then when i turned it on in the morning and my hard drive and printer flipped (HDD F:/ printer E:/) and all the programs i had installed on my hard drive dont work and its a mess cuz i have alot of programs on it....is there any way that i can change then back to the way they were? and like...keep it that way

never mind i got it..i right click my computer and go to manage then disk management..u can change it in there
