Only one sound channel

For some reason the speakers on my computer only play out of the left one. I use the same speakers with my 360 with a KVM and they work fine. I'm using Windows 2000. I've checked the volume control thing but it looks fine-balance is in the middle.

Is the connection fully in? Have you tried moving the connection around? I'm just eliminating random things.

Also, what are you using for sound (motherboard or sound card)? Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?

Connection is fine cause sound works on the xbox. I've installed the driver but still no go. But it is a problem on the PC's end, that I'm sure of.

Faulty connection on the KVM. I forgot to look there, but its fixed now.
