CPU Usage

What should be the average cpu usage when opening a web page or a word document and such. I'm just wondering because mine goes between 10 and 20% when opening a web page. Is this high? Or is this normal? or is this good?

thats pretty good mine goes anywhere from 40-70%

not to hijack your thread, but whats everyone's normal cpu usage? mines been jumping from 3%-5% lately when it use to be at 0%-1%. no malware, spyware, or virus' on my computer either.

Mine is always between 0-3%, Mine jumps to about 40% when opening a text document.

viewing a page, 3-4 percent.
opening or refreshing 18 percent.

ram is about 55% usually
