a question about WoW. im beginner-

hi.
1-if I want to play online, do i must buy the original Wow (the original cd) or I can borrow it from my friend?
2-I dont know which version to buy? which is the latest?

If it uses a cd key which im sure it does than yeah you need to buy your own or if you use his cd key you can't both play at the same time from what a few people told me. As for the latest version ah im not sure.

O ya and btw you have to pay to play that game.

You would need to buy your own version, Blizzard is very freaky with CD's and keys. As for the version; you can buy the base copy. and then install it, then you will have to DL a massive patch, all 12 or so patches rolled into one. Takes about an hour or two if you have everything going right. But its worth it

That game has provided my buddies and I thousands of hours of fun and enjoyment...plus Burning Crusade comes out on the 16th...Huzzah!

yes you need your own game, bought from a retailer. make sure its new and not second had, and each account must have its own unique serial number, which comes with the game. If you use your friends, he most likely has created an account with it already, and so wouldn't work.

what you need is the normal, original "world of warcraft" game. There is a new one out, or out soon but that is just an expansion pack, and you need the original to play that anyway.

yes but before yesterday ive been in the game store in my city and ive just found 3 differents edition of WoW. i have also found a book or a manual something like that. but i dont know which edition to buy. i dotn remember te editions name. wait today i gonna go that store again and ill ask the store i will also write here.
but this week I AM GOING TO PLAY THAT F****** AWESOME GAME. yaaaaaaaaaaa
