Default 360 VGA connector or capture card connector

I can hook my 360 up threw my new capture card hopefully, (comes tomorrow).
and play my game on my monitor, ive done that with my old capture card.

or is connecting my 360 directly to my vga monitor better?

if i go with the capture card route, i save $40.

Default

I had the 360 HD VGA connector and attached it directly via my monitor.

It looked great.
