Computer wont read CD's / Dvd's
I have a packard bell intell inside pentium 4 (i dont know much about computers so thats all i can tell you).
The problem: My computer wont read cds / dvds when i put them in the drives. They dont even come up on My Computer. My computer recently broke where it was constantly in safe mode, but now it is working properly in the proper mode now. But it cant read CD's. Please help. Thanks, ste
