Alright, heres whats happening. I sit on my computer, and all of a sudden ..... dead. Its like the power went off in the house, but the only thing that turned off was the computer. It restarts right away, and i get back on, and keep doing what i was doing before. And again, in either 10, or 5 hours, it will shut off , and restart again. It goes at complete random. I have noticed it does do it more often if i lisen to music or do anything with audio (msn = the little "new email" noise , or watching a movie etc... )

When it shuts off, and restarts, i get a little popup ever time windows starts up. Here it is :







I was told to go to this site : http://www.asrock.com/support/download.asp?Model=K7VM3 ... and to download the Audio Driver, i did, but i did not install it. I would like a second opinion. Thank you.

added : Come to think of it, it use to do it all the time, and i go so mad, that i just deleted the 2 files that are in that last picture there. And it did not shut off for 1 hole week, till about 20 mins ago, and this is why im here Thanks again

Try to take all components out and put them back in.
Try to remove all dust as well.
Never know. Might help...
