View Single Post - windows wont operate at normal speed, and BSOD!

i was afraid someone would say that, i just sent this laptop out to acer to get a new hard drive about 2 months ago. and i only want to reformat the hard drive if i know it will fix it, because i have a lot of important stuff on my computer.
