Go into your BIOS, either an 'F' (f8) button or 'del' when your computer is rebooting.
Then go the standars cmos features button or something like that and click on your hd. Set it to None and save. Reboot and it should boot from your cd. Make sure after the cd has booted and finished, that you set the hd back to automatic.

Simpler yet just make the CD drive boot before the HD. No need to disable HD. Boot PC. Some Bios's give you a brief "Press any key to boot from CD". Hit any key and you should be able to boot from your CD.
