Default setting a budget

Ive done a lot of postings about a new build and the budget I wanted it to be at but now Ive decided to screw the budget and get a computer that will last 4-5 years with minimal upgrade what type of budget would be reasonable for this kind of build

I do a little gaming and I definitely don't want a computer that will be running my OS and basic apps slow in 5 years

everything will be slow in 5 years lived with it... people need to upgrade every year or two to keep up with demanding games and appz.
