Chances of these coins getting lost in main circulation, high. The kind of technology available to the intelligence community, astounding. The impact it has on the average Joe who cries 'where's our privacy?', minimal. Besides, with all surveillance, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.

They could be anywhere right now! They might not even be just in Canadian coins. What else could they be in?

I would think that it would be quite easy to tell a real coin from a fake one, It would most likely be lighter, and would sound totaly different when dropped as it is hollow.

I disagree with this statement...just because you like your privacy doesn't mean that you're a criminal.

Absolutely. And there's plenty of people and pressure groups who campaign for an individual's right to privacy. My view is, your home is private. As soon as you leave your house, and you're on the public streets, I have nothing against blanket coverage of CCTV or any other kind of surveillance. But these pressure groups often seem to be campaigning for privacy in public. That seems a bit ludicrous to me.

If we trust no one, then where would this world be?
