First off let me jump in here i'm sure buzz will too. I have been studying hijak this logs and i dont want to jump in his way. One never ever resort to reformatting as your first measure dont do that yet. I would say you need to remove these:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [PhotoShow Deluxe Media Manager] C:\PROGRA~1\WALGRE~1\WALGRE~1\data\Xtras\mssysmgr. exe
O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - http://bar.mywebsearch.com/menusearc...p=ZNxdm006XXUS

also if you havent download and run ccleaner, spybot search and destroy, adaware, and sweepi those will do a good deep clean for you. Then rerun the hijak this and send it again. If i missed anything buzz please step in here and help me out.
