this has never happened to me in a game before. im running a an amd 64 x2, asus board, 7900gt card, 1 gig of ram. so my system is more than capable to run farcry. on the game menu the mouse works just like it should. but when i launch the game the mouse does not work at all. i cant look around one bit in the game. but every other controll works, just not the mouse. ive tried changing all the settings but nothing. the copy of the game i have is good to. so what else could be the problem? i am using a wireless microsoft mouse if that helps any.

Have you installed the specific drivers for that mouse? Or did you just plug it in and use it?

I'm going to run Farcry and see if I cannot find an option that might help.

So I was just in the game, wondering if you've tried or could try the following.
Mouse Smoothing - Off Mouse Sensitivity - Lowest Mouse Acceleration - Off Invert Mouse - Off
