Question Just a theory

you entire PC is running using your PSU and the PSU is connected to your standard voltage outlet and everybodys PC is connected to the outlet, is it posible that someone could create a virus that could use the voltage powerlines as a medium to infect other PC's?

There is no way for the electric current to be interpreted by the computer. The most you could do through the power cable is fry a computer, nothing more.

Ethernet over power has been out for a while, however a power supply in a computer does not interpret data from the lines, it simply converts the power to DC.
