Default XP Pro Single User

This probably is a stupid question but..
what is Windows XP Professional with SP2 (Single User) ISO Image? i know ISO image is where you have to burn it onto a CD in order to install the program but what does "single user" mean? does it mean it's for one user only?
thanks in advance

I would assume that it refers to the licensing aggreement in that, as you say, it's only allowed to be installed on one computer.

If you are legally downloading the software.... for example if you are a student at a school which is a Microsoft Prefered Partner(through MSDNAA), you can download the OS and other Microsoft applications for a free or nominal price.

With that in mind, the single user means exactly what it says, only a single user (computer) can legally run the OS.
