While I was using the computer a popup came up from Avira Antivir personal telling me there is a virus the file is C:\windows\system32\igApi32.dll should I delete it or should I run a full virus scan on my computer. The virus defention is 6.37.00.167. Detection TR/Hijack.Agent.I.2

It's not a virus but trojan and should be deleted on the spot. When you see a "bug" you step on it! The additional scan to insure that was the only "bug" or nothing else was downloaded by it later a good scan never hurts. In fact that should be an automatic decision there.
