Default printer issue

I have an HP deskjet 950c and the resume light is blinking red. I looked on HPs site for support but couldnt find a resolution for this specific error. When I power off then on it tries to feed a blank page but gets about half way then stops.

I didnt see a subforum for printers so I didnt know where to put this thread. If its in the wrong one, I apologize, and please move to the correct one.

Any insight would much appreciated.

This is the correct forum, but as for your particular problem, I'm not sure what to say. It seems like there's something wrong with your printer's feeding mechanism. Probably will have to just replace the printer and trash the old one. Just be careful about what the page yield is for the cartridges of the new printer.
