Default Do you use the 'New Posts' button?

I just wondered how many people actually use this button. When i first started coming on CF i just used to go through all the forums and select a thread to read. Now that's the first button i press when i log on!

im too lazy too, i would just rather look through a few select forums and maybe see what catches my eye in the "last posts" thing.
