Of desktop--or even to the extend of some laptop--accessories, what do you use? And for those that like to fantasize, what do you prefer?

- Mouse and keyboard.
- Headgear and mic.
- Case.
- (anything else you'd like to mention)

I'm putting together a new system. I'm just curious what everyone else has found favor for. I know a case isn't much of an accessory, but I'd like to know how it works for you, as well as the others mentioned. While a description of pros and cons are welcome, I'd be grateful enough to know the product alone.
