How do I stop the MS bubble telling me that autoupdates is turned off every time I boot into windows xp home. Funny thing is I cant turn it on anyway. It is permanently off somewhere other than in the security centre.

I have XP Pro SP2 and when i go to the control panel and enter the Security Center.. on the left hand side of the window there is a Resources box. The last option says Change the way Security Center alerts me. I click on there and it gives me three options; one of which allows me to turn on/off the AutoUpdate alert.
