My chipset fan or chipfan stopped working, how can I solve this?

My chipset fan stopped working, how can I fix it? I've tried cleaning with cottenbuds and with a vacuum cleaner. I'm worried that if I allow the computer to boot it will burn out the chipset. What can I do about it?

I ask two computer shops for a new and they both don't sell them. What can I do?

newegg sells small chipset fans, i think your looking at replacing it prolly
