Default Linux Visio???

Does anyone know of a cheap, (or free) software that runs under linux, and can read/write ms visio (vxd) files. I would like a program that allows me to diagram like visio,save them as vxd's, and can read my current vxd files.

try dia it a free program for linux that like visio. I am not saw if it can open/save vxd files but you can at least give it a try.
