Default Firefox download options

There is a option that allows to open/save a certain type file with a certain program/place so when ever the same type of file are download again i don't have to chose what program to open/save it again. How do i undo that? so i can chose a different program/place to open/save the file type?

Another question is how can i add the download accelerator option to the firefox? I have a download accelerator installed but it does not show up on the firefox/it shows up in the internet explorer. so i can't just right click and chose to open with the download accelerator.

thank you
