Just Reformat PC, Now no sound T_T

i just reformat my pc and now it has no sound. Every time i open a program that requires sound, this message appears:

I do what it says and go and try to install it thur dat but it doset seem to work still.

This should be rite one, rite?

Ok it sounds like its time in install drivers, do you have any disks that came with the computer? and whats the make\model?

i didnt get any disc with my comp, and my pc is Hp Pavillion a645c. Can u help in any way? xD

I'll post back in a minute when I have the driver I think you need, and yes this a fairly simple problem to fix.
