Question Logitech X-540 Problem

I just got logitechs x-540 5.1 speakers and i am having a problem. i noticed that the sound tends to fade out slightly then fade back to normal again. it happens alot. also, i dont actually have a 5.1 card so i just use matrix mode.

hmmmmmmm....i have the same speakers and never have that problem.......but make sure everythings in the back of the subwoofer is pushed in all the way or see if maybe you have one mixed up

i got the same set.
No problem...ever....really....


Just here and there the master volume will be turned down, ill set it back up, then only one side of speakers will play, i unplug then plug back in and bam....

Do you have it plugged into any type of surge protector or UPS? Try plugging it into a different outlet.
