Default Is this Ram a bad idea?

1GB PC4200 DDR2 SDRAM for multitasking power, expandable to 4GB

SD is old.
I think?
But DDR2 isn't.

So is this good Ram?
is the SD just misleading me?

*its what the PC supports.
