Which fan for a e6600 core 2 duo??

here is where i am buying from. I have a gig board ds3 with and 500w power supply. I do not care about sound just 100% cooling. Which fan should i get also which paste do i get http://www.canadacomputers.com/index...d=pl&id=FN.687 thanks for the help |

zalman 9500 or 9700 + artic silver 5 + the one below it for cleaning and removal.
