Default bad ram?

i ran memtest and it said i had like 1700 errors in my 1 gb of ram
its kingston value ram and a year and a bit old
now is there a way to like reset the ram or anything
(i dont have many computer issues , some times it restarts by its self...usually if i try to run like 2 spy ware chekc and a virus at the same time)
also i was wondering if after running easycleaner for my registry if there are bad sectors found should i delete them

thx alot

in speedfan the arrow is point down for most of my temps most of the time usually at 28-23 C
how would i correct this and make it warmer?
