I managed to score a Brand new Pentium D 940 3.20 GHz/800 Fsb/ 2 X 2 MB L2 cache for free, however it didnt come with a fan or heatsink. I'm planning on using it in a new build, and am wondering what cooler/fan to use, and what motherboard to use. I don't wanna spend a heap on either, but I"m not sure on prices for the coolers, but as for the Mobo, about 160-170 AUD is my budget. I wanna try and find a mobo that will support DDR 2 Ram 533, and has one PCI X16 slot.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-965G-DS3
Fan/heatsink: Zalman CNPS 9500 or 9700 but you can get away with worse fans.
