The .8bf file is a photoshop filter. I would go through all of the files and group them according to their file extension. Cuz some may be different. And the different ones go to different places.

All the plugins will go into your "Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop\Plug-Ins" folder. And inside that "Plug-Ins" folder, depending on the file extension, the files will go to different folders. The .8bf files will all go to the Filter folder.

If you have any other file types, just browse through the different folders inside "Plug-Ins" and you should be able to match up the file extensions.

Probably a waste of time. You probably wont ever use all or them or know what all of them do unless you are willing to manually use each one. Also keep in mind that if you add ALL of them, your photoshop edition could have some problems and it will and could take ages to load up. It will also make photoshop eat a lot of resources if your pc can't handle it.
