What you have there is a common trojan that keeps the ad for the retail version of Registry Cleaner coming up. Once you get intimidated into buying the full retail version it suddenly finds the trojan that made you buy it! It's an adware type gimic and fails to see the results advertized. A good set of removal instructions for this was posted on another forum but applies here. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic79211.html

Have you tried uninstalling Registry Cleaner yet? On sharewares you will generally find the uninstall link mixed in with the other items in the Programs menu folder where you simply click that to remove to it removed. The first link above shows one specific file you can manually remove by first finding it's location on the drive. Are you familiar with HiJack This? http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php

Another good removal tool that includes a personal firewall is the Spyware Terminator found at http://www.spywareterminator.com/ If uninstalling the program and a run of this doesn't see that removed post an HT log file here.
