Please help me! my 1st computer is having extreme network issues i cant connect to the internet or any network areas i get the error 500 Internal Server Error witch from what i understood was that i do not have tcp/ip protocol installed ;but when i install it i get this error Could not add the requested component. The Error Is: an external error has occured and before all of the happend i got a bluetooth adapter for my phone and it works great and when it was time to reboot i got the BSOD about 4 times and then i unpluged the ethernet and it booted up so i pluged it in and got the screen again and when it restarted the srchost.exe was being termanted so it shut down and i restarted again unpluged the nework cables and ran the system restore about 3 times and it would not work it would say incomplete restore no changes were made at the time and this i verry hard to work with so I'm asking for your help!!!!
