Default is this motherboard any good for an e6300

Hi i need some help choosing a decent mobo for an e6300 based system which i am still planning out. I will be using the system for some medium gaming.

I quite like the look of this one:
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/119045

My max budget for my mobo alone is £55 GBP max. Less if possible.

If possible i would prefer to buy from www.ebuyer.com or www.microdirect.co.uk

Thanks.

http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/114769 - This is known to be a good 'budget' board.

When i actually buy the computer as it will be such a big upgrade from an AMD Sempron i will probably not overclock, but having the ability to overclock a year down the line when something completely new has come out, that blows the e6300 away will be nice.

But to be honest i could do without the overclocking features if it does save a significant amount of money.

Thanks.

(ASUS P5L 1394)

What do you guys think of this motherboard. I think it seems quite good, and caters for pretty much everything i need. Can you guys see anything i've missed out?

EDIT: here are the full specs of the board

That was the board I was going to recommend for you. It seems to be a good board, however i'm quite unfamilar with ASUS board, more of a gigabyte person, and there a good board in your price range, maybe one of the 945's could be could enough if you want to save like 15-20 pound.

I agree that this is a very good board, but i am a very proud asrock user and it has been the best board i have used in years, not once have i had a BSOD or any sort of memory or hardware related issue since i got this board, and im redering all kindsa stuff in 3ds Max all the time.

And im definately not upgradin my board for when UT 2007 comes out coz i know that it will work well wif it
