Sites such as hijackthis.de are very often unreliable as well as often unhelpful (many items are left with ?).

This two items ( O2 - BHO: (no name), O3 - Toolbar: &ESPN) are legitimate (from different research sources) egz:
http://fileinfo.prevx.com/filesearch...=mnyviewer.dll
http://fileinfo.prevx.com/filesearch...DIGToolBar.dll

AudiPlayer, still waiting for a new log from HJT.

Legitimate values you may believe are valid can also be leftovers from some program or addon previously uninstalled. One thing I generally advise is running a registry cleaner in the process. Once any "orphans" are gone you get a close look at anything else that shouldn't be there.

A good run of one freeware plus using the msconfig to disable some unnecessary startups items known to be from programs normally installed should clean things up enough. http://www.majorgeeks.com/RegCleaner_d460.html This is one that is being run on Vista as well as XP and previous versions.
