Default Can't stream media stuff

I'm helping out my friend's dad on his computer. Whenever his wife goes on a Korean website, like kbs.able, and trying to stream videos. It does not work. No video or sound.

I then went to a clubbox website which has something similar, except it's music. For example, http://clubbox.co.kr/iyagi has a song playing right after the page loads. His computer does not do that. He has the latest WMP 11 installed.

I don't think it's codec problems. Not a virus problem(or could it be? because he has a lockx.exe thing popping up and I just searched it up saying it's a virus). Using IE version 6.

Any ideas is appreciated.

P.S. The sites mentioned are Korean websites and you must use IE browser for it to work.

Have you tried doing a virus scan, if it says it's a virus it'd be wise to do a quick scan and check for any updates you may need.
