boot disc

how do i go abou making a bot disc for xp home
i do have a cd for it

the retail cd is already bootable. maybe you are talking bout boot floppy

its slow and runs like crap but it works, I have used it on machines before that for some reason would not boot off a CD at all, but worked

well that was my issue
i got together a few parts from an old computer and i was going to tet them but i had 2 cd drives and neither of them could read the cd, i will play with the jumpers more ...bu the one hat was in the case before was always set to master and even when windows booted in My computer there was no listing for the drive
