Default Computer XP HELP !

Hello Im installing windows xp , well i had in idea. What if i installed windows 98 and put it not under Windows Directory , like Windows98 and when i install windows xp ill put it under Windows Directory. But is there a way i can get into dos form Xp i got a disk that i can uninstall windows 98 . Could i do that ?

1. Install 98 under different directory windows98
2. Install xp Under windows directory
3. and 98 dos disk and unstall 98

could i do that ? because i cant intsall windows xp on this computer from booting up . it stops before i hit enter to continue.

please help me

You could install 98 and upgrade it to xp. Less hustle.

it wont even let me install 98. but im taking the computer to my buddys. its doing like my last post i had.
