No, never buy a no name brand powersupply and expect it to be good. That thing sucks.

Only buy a true wattage powersupply. A 500W powersupply that is not a true wattage one will maybe give out 300watts after its heated up and has a load on it.
Zalman and Antec are the ones I have used in the past and have had good luck with. Remember, your powersupply has the potential of destorying your whole system if it fries. |

Haha, seriously, it's very weak. Wattage is not everything, you need many more amps.
