Default Fan measurements

With the case fans, are the measurements like across, or diagonally?

Oh ok, well I got a like a vent on my case, which is square and is 9 cm by 9 cm on the sides and 12 cm on the diagonal, will a 120 mm fan be too big?

The diagonal is the diameter. So yes, the 120mm fan will fit.

Ok cool Well i'm planning to buy this fan, but the case_fan point is already being used by the fan at the rear of my case, how do I connect it up?

You can just leave the case_fan wire unhooked although the fan will run at full speed all the time unless you get a fan controller.

Err. Well the one I have at the moment, only connects through the 3 pin, so disconnecting it stops it al together. I've got two of those antec 120's coming, and i'm mounting one at the rear (replacing the 80mm that's there) and mounting one of the side for intake.
