Default the best way to air cool cpu and system!

I have centurion 5 case.
e6300
p5b-e rev 1.01
g.skill 2x1gb 5-5-5-15 memory.

I am planning to put this fan in there
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=20929

what is the side air duct for? will this cause a problem if I remove it so that i could put 250mm fan?

what is the best air CPU cooler. which one takes down the temperature the
most. what is better aluminum or copper. my budget for cpu cooler is 40$ plus minus 10.

what else do I need to cool to overclock my system to 2.5ghz.
north bridge? south bridge?
I did it but after 12 hours my cpu temp was 49-50c my mob was 45C and things worked slower than stock speeds. so I quickly turned it off and set it back to 1.86ghz.

How are you planning to attach that 250mm fan onto the case exactly?

Also, you're going to need a good cpu heatsink, such as the big typhoon. I doubt you're going to need better northbridge cooling, but if you want to, you can. And for ram, your ram already has heatspreaders, so you can't really do anymore.

250mm fan will go on the side panel. I will cut a 250mm hole on the
side panel. I will probably have to get rid off the side air duct. but I
won't need it anymore since 250mm fan will blow the air and feed the cpu
cooler with air.
