Default usb memory performance in vista?

what is that feature called in vista to where you can plug in a usb memory stick and it improves performance in vista? also, how do i access it in vista home premium?

Interesting...

lhstud10 - I don't know how to get that "exact" feature, but I know it's possible to setup a swap file on removable media. That would be much the same, but not using the solely "fast" memory as they mention.
