It's a great little mp3 player for jogging or any kind of exercising.

I will second that it is wonderful for physical activity. I use it for working out, and it never gets in the way. Tuck it down into my pocket, run the cord under my outermost shirt, then to my ears. Tuck the excess cord down my pants, and it doesn't bother me at all.
Unfortunately mine just mysteriously corrupted the other day, need to do some further investigations on it to figure out what the heck happened.
