I got my Netgear 5port 10/100 hub through the post today.
Plugged it all in. Phone doesnt work...hmm...but internet does. Its set up like so. Please help

Do you have an ADSL filter, or do you mean a splitter? If it is a filter, you have to remove the modem from it...a filter will literally 'filter' out any attenuation.
It should be arranged like this: 1. phone jack (if not a splitter than remove the phone from the equation) 2. connect the ISP modem directly to the jack. 3. Run an RJ-45 cable to the Hub, if supported, you could use a USB cable. 4. From the hub, connect the two PC's This should have you up and running with both PC's, as well as restore your phone service. |

if i connect the modem to the jack then i cannt plug the modem into the hub as it (the modem) only has one connection port...
