Default need help with router setup

Hi guys, I have a d-link router which is working fine. I have another couple of experimental PCs on the other wall down the room. My question is this: Instead of running a cable or two cables to each computer, and I don't want to install wireless cards in each PC.......the D-link is wireless......is there a router type of device that can p/u the signal and send it out to me through cable from that point?

thanks for any help.
