Is there an alternate way to reset a password for hotmail account. ok first take note that this user has no alternate email adress nor can he remember the answer to his secret question..which makes it more difficult to reset..any tools or small utility that one can do this

he's in dire need of his emails.

There's no way to recover a password if he can't remember any of the fail-safe information. All he can do set up a new account, send a notification of the change to all his contacts, get them to resend any important emails, and be more careful in future.

yup. if he can't remember his secret answer and doesn't have an alternate email address he's pretty much screwed.

Another way would Hacking but I don't know how to do it....
