need advice
I just put a A8N SLI-32 Asus board and I'm having all kinds of problems with it. Sometimes when I start the PC it will not start and acts like the power supply trips. All I do is turn off PSU in the back and the push start and everything is fine. On other times when I go to shut down the pc windows logs off and the monitior shuts off but pc keeps running. I 've changed memory, PSU and have come to the opinion that the board is bad. Please help if you can thanks.

do you have the latest BIOS for the unit, i would start there personally
