Help!!!!!
when my girlfriend is trying to start her laptop a black screen comes up saying:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: <Windows root>\system32\hal.dll. Please re-install a copy of the above file. does anyone know how to sort this? thanks John |
